Sam Gordon is a visionary developer whose career began in the British Royal Air Force, where he specialized in telecommunications and IT. The discipline and precision of military training laid the groundwork for a purpose-driven journey into sustainable real estate. In 2018, he founded KAN Industries, a construction and development firm redefining responsible building in Mexico’s Riviera Maya. KAN earned rapid recognition by delivering the first phase of its 42-unit flagship project — KAN Tulum — on time, on budget, and nearly sold out before completion.

Rooted in environmental integrity, Sam’s work blends modern green technologies with ancestral wisdom and ethical labor practices — from preserving native trees to ensuring living wages. He later launched XB Equities to scale this impact across sectors, combining real estate development, legal structuring, and strategic investment. Based in Tulum, Sam remains deeply involved in every phase of the process, guided by a single ethos: build better, live better, and leave the land stronger than it was found.
