In South Tulum’s most privileged coastal enclave, IKTAN unfolds across two meticulously planned phases — each shaped by the natural contours of the jungle and the cultural memory of the land. GRDN leads the architectural execution and sustainability vision for IKTAN.
Sam Gordon serves as the project’s general contractor, amenities designer, and the force behind its pioneering sustainability code — a first-of-its-kind framework guiding all builders and residents to honour the land through materials, methods, and spatial restraint.
